Breath is fundamental to life, providing energy from our first to our last moments. The air we breathe connects us to the external environment while also linking us to our inner selves. Most breathing is done unconsciously, but we tap into our subconscious mind by engaging in conscious breathing. Breathwork involves using specific breathing techniques to reach altered states of consciousness, impacting physical and mental health, ranging from calming effects to energizing experiences.

Meditation coaching is a personalized guidance service designed to help individuals cultivate a more profound, more effective meditation practice. It involves working with clients to develop tailored meditation strategies that align with their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. My role is to support clients in overcoming common challenges, such as difficulty concentrating, maintaining consistency, or deepening their meditation experience. Through personalized sessions, the client is given practical advice, adjustments, and insights to help clients integrate meditation seamlessly into their daily lives. This service benefits both beginners seeking to learn the fundamentals of meditation and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice.

Everything you discuss with me is held in strict confidentiality. The only person with whom I may discuss your case, in an effort to ensure my work with you is free from personal bias, would be a therapeutic supervisor. Your identity, however, will never be revealed.

Please be aware that there are certain conditions in which the law requires that I break confidentiality. These include, but are not limited to, the following: 

1) if you present an imminent danger to yourself, 

2) if you present an imminent danger to another person, 

3) if there is reason to believe that child or elder abuse or neglect is present.

I offer 60—or 90-minute coaching sessions. It is recommended that clients meet in person or virtually 2-4 times a month.

The length of time a person chooses to stay in coaching depends on the individual. It depends on what your individual goals are and what you are hoping to get out of the coaching. Coaching is more effective when the client attends weekly sessions. Sometimes a person comes in to work on one specific goal and an awareness develops about the need to work on other goals. With the ultimate goal to empower clients to function better on your own.

Yes, absolutely! We have all had those moments where we have said, “I wish I learned this when I was younger.” Learning the tools for self-regulation and personal growth young is powerful for how they develop into young adults. The youngest I’m willing to work with is 10y/o
