Breathwork

Breathwork sessions can be private or in a group setting.
Breathwork uses include but are not limited to:
- Calming of the mind and nervous system (stress, anxiety, and ADHD help).
- Increasing energy, alertness, and feeling awake (caffeine/stimulant alternative).
- Improve sleep.
- Hangover cure.
- Increasing gym and workout performance.
What a breathwork session looks like changes based on the following factors:
- Your current knowledge base.
- How practiced you are.
- What you’re looking to gain.
- How in-depth do you want to learn?
- Any preexisting conditions.
Imagine that you were having a stressful day. Now imagine a total self-assurance to the idea that this feeling is ok, that it is just a state of being, and you know you can take as little as 2 minutes to feel a drastic change out of that body state to feel something different. Imagine the impact that could have on your life. Let alone how that could change how you show up for your next meeting, interact with your family after a long day at work, or how focused you are on your sports match. The list goes on. It’s your body. Let’s explore how much control over your body you can unlock.
